More negotiations took place between Kroger Co. and UFCW Local 911 bargaining committee members on April 25th and 26th.

Talks centered around achieving the proper funding levels for Meat, Non-Foods and Clerks pension plans. Detailed costing information, for the Health Care and Pension plans, is being analyzed now to ensure the needs of these plans are met.

Talks are acheduled to resume on May 16th, 17th and 18th.
