  April 23, 2007 Toledo Talks Set to Continue After three days, the latest round of contract negotiations between UFCW Local 911 members and the Kroger Co. ended on Thursday, April 19. Members felt the talks were productive; however, no agreement was reached. The parties remain far apart on many issues, and a lot of hard work remains to be done in negotiations. Nevertheless, both sides understand the value of continued talks at this point. Both parties have agreed to meet again on April 25 and 26.
