  March 28, 2007 UFCW Members Stand Firm on Health Care in Toledo Local 911 members continued talks with Kroger on Tuesday in Toledo, with health insurance continuing to be a major issue. The Union negotiating committee is standing firm on providing affordable, accessible health care for all workers. On Tuesday, insurance experts from the company and the Union, along with the negotiating committee, worked the entire day towards achieving these goals. The negotiating committee has made it perfectly clear to the company that no agreement will be reached that does not meet the needs of all Toledo Kroger workers. Talks are set to resume on Tuesday April 3rd.
