“We keep informed about what issues other locals are having problems with, whether it’s pay scale or health care. It’s important for people here to know what other members are fighting for around the country, because it’s going to come back to us in our contract negotiations. Even though we are different locals we are all still brothers and sisters and we are going to stick together. We have power in numbers."
